Career Dreams College and Civil Service Academy, a project of Career Heights, Pala is a revolutionary academic venture that proactively prepares young people for various Govt. Services, including Civil Services. 

Immediately after Plus 2, students come to Career Dreams College to go through a three year Degree Programme along with coaching for various Competitive Exams, including Civil Services Exam. The focus is on becoming a Government servant at the earliest, so as to maintain seniority and recieve maximum promotions in the future. The whole concept is to counter the present educational culture of getting a degree for the sake of a degree.
